Karpen Furniture 3-piece set in Big Canoe, Georgia For Sale

S. Karpen & Bros. made cane-back chairs, sofas, and rockers from about the xxxx's through the xxxx's. These pieces dates from to ca. xxxx-xxxx, and are made from mahogany, cane & velvet. This set has been in my family for many years. The arch at the top of the rocker has a clean break, but a furniture restorer could easily repair it. Very clean break. Velvet is original. The set has very little wear & tear, and has been very well cared for over the decades!
The velvet has faded in some places, as it is 100 years old. However, there are no marks, rips, stains, or any signs of wear and tear on any of the fabric.
