Woody is a 4-year-old border collie/spaniel/lab mix who weighs about 60 pounds. Woody was hit by a car and was quickly rushed to our Veterinarian. His left front leg had extensive nerve damage and he had to have it removed. Through out all of his pain, Woody was gentle and good natured. He must have known we were all there to help. Since his amputation, Woody has no trouble getting around or even up and down stairs. He is a very very sweet boy and has a great deposition. Woody is being fostered where he gets lots of special love and care. Woody is dog and cat friendly. Woody is a great walker and sure enjoys getting out for exercise despite his having 3 legs. He is a very special boy. All of our dogs are adopted as family pets and not as out side dogs. We prefer children to be over 5 years of age.
