The Better Bluebird House in Big Canoe, Georgia For Sale

The dimensions are based on the "Eastern/Western Bluebird Nestbox Plan" by the North American Bluebird Society (NABS). The features are my own design.
Specs
* 3/4" Natural White Pine Front. The balance is 3/4" Cabinet Grade Plywood. The use of high quality plywood eliminates warping and when properly coated will last many years.
* The roof has a "drip edge" to eliminate rain "running back" and seeping into the nest box. Most bird houses do not have roofs with drip edges. "A dry bird, is a happy bird."
* Drilled vents on both sides near the roof line for ventilation.
* Fledgling Ladder on inside of Front.
* Heavy Duty Magnetic Catch with aluminum frame for weather resistance securely holds Front. Just pull out for easy access.
* The Rear Panel (3/4" untreated plywood with polyurethane coating on outside) fastens to pole, fence or tree. The house securely slides right over it. No screws needed. It's easy to remove the house for winter storage. The Rear Panel can be long or short depending on your needs.
* The Roof, the Front and the Rear Panel are easily removed if replacement is necessary.
* All fasteners (nails and screws) are galvanized (made for exterior use). The adhesive is also waterproof.
* The exterior of the house is natural with two coats of polyurethane. The inside is natural with NO polyurethane for the safety of the birds.
